Important Safety Warnings & Electrical Grounding Instructions

This appliance (rotisserie motor) is equipped with a three-prong (grounding) plug for
your protection against electrical shock hazard. It should be plugged directly into a
properly grounded three-prong receptacle. DO NOT cut or remove the grounding prong
from this plug.

Keep children and pets away. DO NOT allow children to use or play near the grill or
rotisserie.
DO NOT leave the grill unattended while in use.
DO NOT use the side burner when using a rotisserie. Burner lid could be hot from
prior use.
To avoid body injury, DO NOT touch spit rod while in use or soon after use, rod can
be EXTREMELY HOT.
Keep any electrical supply cords away from water or hot surfaces.
DO NOT operate with a damaged cord or plug.
Turn the rotisserie motor switch to “OFF” before removing the plug from the outlet.
Unplug the rotisserie motor when not in use and before cleaning.
DO NOT exceed 12 lbs. of food on the rotisserie.
Keep a fire extinguisher acceptable for use with gas products close by. Refer to your
local authority to determine proper size and type.
For household use only. DO NOT use the grill or this rotisserie for anything other
than its intended purpose.
DO NOT use while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
DO NOT use this product in the rain/snow.
When using an AC current rotisserie, it must be electrically grounded in accordance
with local codes.
Exercise caution and employ common sense while operating your gas grill and its
accessories.
Failure to follow the safety warnings and guidelines outlined in this manual may lead
to severe bodily injury or property damage.

1. Before You Start

We encourage you to assemble and use your rotisserie with utmost safety. Prior to
assembling and operating your rotisserie, carefully read all safety warnings and instructions.
Please pay close attention to the information that follows in this manual.

1. Assemble the Rotisserie Spit (G3S)

  • Detach all Spit Rod Sections (3) by twisting them apart. Remove the Handle (7).
  • Slide the Collar (6) onto the end of the Spit Rod (3).
  • Insert the Right Fork (5) onto the Spit Rod (3) and secure it.
  • Connect the remaining Spit Rod Section (3) and insert the Left Fork (4).
  • Reattach the Handle (7) to the end of the Spit Rod (3) and tighten securely.

  • Fork (Left) | 4 | 1×
  • Collar | 6 | 1×
  • Handle | 7 | 1×

2. Assemble the Rotisserie Spit (G4S / G5S)

  • Detach all Spit Rod Sections (3) by twisting them apart. Remove the Handle (7).
  • Slide the Collar (6) onto the end of the Spit Rod (3).
  • Insert the Right Fork (5) onto the Spit Rod (3) and secure it.
  • Connect the remaining Spit Rod Sections (3) one by one until fully assembled.
  • Insert the Left Fork (4) onto the Spit Rod (3).
  • Reattach the Handle (7) to the end of the Spit Rod (3) and tighten securely.

3. Install the Motor Bracket and Motor

  • Attach the Motor Bracket (1) to the side panel of the grill using the provided screws and washers.
  • Ensure the bracket is tightly secured and level.
  • Slide the Rotisserie Motor (2) down into the mounted bracket until it locks in place.

4. Insert the Spit Rod into the Motor

  • Slide the assembled Spit Rod (3) into the opening of the Rotisserie Motor (2).
  • Ensure the rod is securely engaged with the motor drive socket and is centered over the grill.

5. Position and Balance the Rotisserie Assembly

  • Insert the Spit Rod (3) with food securely fastened between both Forks (4 and 5).
  • Rest the opposite end of the rod on the grill’s support notch.
  • Ensure the rod is level and properly balanced before switching on the Rotisserie Motor (2).
  • Adjust fork positions if needed for even rotation.
